For time: 5 wall walks, 50-calorie row, 5 wall walks, 25 deadlifts (225/155 lb), 5 wall walks, 25 cleans (135/85 lb), 5 wall walks, 25 snatches (95/65 lb), 5 wall walks, 50-calorie row,
Primary movement: Barbell complex/Wall walks
Open 25.3 was the 2025 Open finale: for time, 5 wall walks and a 50-calorie row, then 5 wall walks and 25 deadlifts (225/155 lb), then 5 wall walks and 25 cleans (135/85 lb), then 5 wall walks and 25 snatches (95/65 lb), closing with 5 wall walks and a final 50-calorie row. The 25 wall walks are the recurring toll - a shoulder-draining full-body movement you must pay before every station - and the barbell descends in load while ascending in technicality. A long chipper that tests the entire toolbox.
| Level (Time) | Men | Women |

| elite | sub 16:30 | sub 18:00 |
Wall walks slow and precise: 20-30 seconds each, one breath at the top of every rep - rushing them taxes the shoulders that your snatches desperately need later. Row the first 50 calories at a moderate pace (this is the workout's only true rest). Deadlifts in 3 sets, cleans as steady singles or 5s, snatches as smooth singles. The final row is an all-out sprint: nothing left to save for. Grip management across 75 barbell reps decides the back half.
Official scaled reduced the loads to 135/85, 95/65 and 65/45 lb (see the Scaled entry). Training version: halve the wall walks (3 per station) or substitute inchworms, and row 35 calories.
