Every 3 mins, ascending: 2 rounds of 10 Overhead Squats (95/65 lb) + 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, growing by 2 reps per window (repeat of Open 14.2).
Primary movement: OHS/C2B
Open 15.2 repeated 14.2 exactly - the escalating three-minute windows of overhead squats and chest-to-bar pull-ups where failure to finish a window ends your day. The rematch design was deliberate: same rising water, one year more of C2B capacity and OHS stability to show for yourself. It remains the cleanest interval-elimination benchmark for measuring whether your gymnastics volume actually grew.
| Level (Reps) | Men | Women |
|---|---|---|
| beginner | 40 | 40 |
| intermediate | 88 | 80 |
| advanced | 140 | 130 |
| elite | 200+ | 180+ |
Total reps across completed windows.
The 14.2 playbook still rules: hoard rest in early windows (finish, stand, breathe), never drop the OHS bar, and break C2B into 6-4 or 5-5 an entire window before it feels necessary. Your death window is predictable from your max C2B set - if it's under 15, the round of 14 is your wall, so spend the preceding windows preparing for a singles war there.
Scaled: front squats and chin-over-bar pull-ups in the same growing windows.
