That repeat tradition - now an Open institution - started here. The ladder itself is unchanged perfection: rounds grow by 3 forever, and your engine picks the floor where the elevator stops.

Same playbook as 11.6: free speed through the round of 9, planned breaks from the 12s (thrusters 7-5, C2B in 4s), and a final-minute mentality of constant singles over stalled sets. If you logged 11.6 or a previous 12.5/18.5, chase your old score visibly - rep-for-rep racing against your past self is worth 5+ reps of motivation.
