AMRAP 18 mins: 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in), 12 Push Presses (115/75 lb), 9 Toes-to-Bar.
Primary movement: Box/PP/T2B
Open 12.3 is the archetypal long Open triplet: 18 minutes of box jumps, push presses at a meaningful 115/75, and toes-to-bar. Nothing gates you, everything drains you - the jumps tax the legs and lungs, the push press turns into a grind exactly when the legs stop helping, and the T2B quietly bill the grip. Ten-plus rounds means 150+ box jumps: this workout is where rebounding athletes learned about achilles respect.
| Level (Rounds) | Men | Women |

| advanced | 10 | 9 |
| elite | 12.5+ | 11.5+ |
Rounds in 18 minutes (36 reps per round).
Step down from the box from round one - 18 minutes of rebounding is an injury lottery with a bad prize pool. Push press unbroken while the dip-drive stays crisp (usually 8-10 rounds), then 7-5. T2B in 5-4 to protect the grip you'll want in round 9. Aim for level 90-100 second rounds; this scoreboard is built by the boring middle ten minutes.
Scaled: 20 in box or step-ups, 75/55 lb push press, hanging knee raises.
