AMRAP 20 mins: 5 Power Cleans (145/100 lb), 10 Toes-to-Bar, 15 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14 lb).
Primary movement: Cleans/T2B/WB
Open 11.5 was 2011's engine finale: a 20-minute triplet mixing a moderately heavy power clean with toes-to-bar and wall balls. The round is small (30 reps) but the clean weight - 145/100 - is just heavy enough that it can't be rushed when tired, making bar management the strategic heart of the workout. It remains one of the best templates for long mixed AMRAPs: cardio, grip and barbell in permanent negotiation.

Rounds in 20 minutes (30 reps per round).
Cleans as quick singles all 20 minutes - touch-and-go at 145/100 for 15+ rounds is a grip mortgage you can't pay. T2B in 5-5 before your grip decides for you. Wall balls unbroken as long as honest, then 8-7. The score battle is rounds 8-12, when everything feels equally bad: hold your round pace (90-105 seconds) mechanically.
Scaled: 95/65 lb cleans, hanging knee raises, 14/10 lb ball. Beginner: 15-minute version with light dumbbells and sit-ups.
