AMRAP 15 mins: 9 Deadlifts (155/100 lb), 12 Hand-Release Push-Ups, 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in).
Primary movement: DL/Pushups/Box
Open 11.2 brought the triplet format to the Open: moderate deadlifts, hand-release push-ups and box jumps for 15 minutes. The hand-release standard - chest to floor, hands visibly lifted - was new to many athletes and remains the great equalizer here: it deletes the bounce and makes every push-up strict-ish. A classic engine test where the push-ups quietly decide the score.

Rounds in 15 minutes (36 reps per round).
Deadlifts unbroken every round at this weight. Break push-ups 6-6 from round two - the dead-stop format destroys pressing endurance faster than expected. Step down from the box to save your calves across 15 minutes. Consistent 75-90 second rounds beat a fast open; the workout is won in minutes 10-15.
Scaled: 105/75 lb deadlifts, knee push-ups, 20 in box or step-ups. Same 15-minute format.
